is anyone watching?

i liked sex and the city well enough,
but i never watched all of it. (don't have hbo.)

but to me, lucy liu's new show would
have been better served if they moved away
from nyc. with the fabulous four friends,
the comparisons would be inevitable.

i enjoyed the pilot well enough.
they set the tension for each woman
very well. not sure if it'll catch on, tho.

and i do like lucy. i think she is beautiful.
her jawline always catches my eye.
i guess it's a strong jawline?

I missed the pilot so hopefully I can remember putting the show in my DVR so I can watch them.

I do like Lucy Liu as well. She's hot!!!

i like how she isn't pretty in the asian
conventional way (big eyes, looks like
anime doll).

hmm... i have the first 2 episodes tivo'd but have not watched them yet. one of my friends said it wasn't very good and that all 4 women were virtually the same person. there is another similar show, "lipstick jungle" which premieres next month, and is based on a book by candice bushnell (of SATC fame). wonder how that will fare?

oh. with brooke shields. i thought lipstick
jungle was already out! is it on something
which isn't expensive cable channel?
i was interested in watching.

i don't think CM is as sassy as sex and
the city was. and of course, there is the whole
copy cat thing. two sets of women do have
kids, tho. and one thinks she may be gay.

lipstick jungle will be on nbc (no special cable services needed!). it premieres february 7. i've been reading some reviews on CM. the critics do seem to like it. i think i'll catch it this weekend.

i like cashmere mafia - mainly cause i'm a fan of lucy liu. not sure if i'll like lipstick jungle. storyline seems too similiar and the cast doesn't seem as interesting.

i enjoy it, too.

i recommend it to all the girls.
i am willing to give lipstick jungle a go.
there's nothing much else to watch out there.
i'm a reality tele fan but it's getting out of
hand. haha!

I caught all the episodes of CM, even the extra one on abc.com. I like their attitudes and gives me a break from cop dramas. I think it may be over cuz things were all semi-resolved in the last episode and the last one didn't make it to primetime.

you mean over like not picked up
by the network?
or over in that no one is writing more
scripts? i quite enjoyed the few episodes
i watched. i hope it stays on!
